U.S. First 1995 Competiton

The object of the 1995 U.S. First competition is to place your team's balls over a field goal which stands astride a ramp. The balls are 2 to 2 1/2 feet in diameter. Robots must be constructed from a kit of parts provided by U.S. First; teams may also order parts from Small Parts Inc. and use additional hardware. Three machines at a time must try their hardest to outscore each other. The regional competition took place at the end of February in New Hampshire. Our team sent 5 people to the regionals and took third place. The national tournament will be at Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida, at the end of March. To find out more about the competition, come to Epcot and watch the action on April 1st!!
