Nagraj Manjule, a maestro of bringing genuine and unembellished stories to life, introduced a new film called Jhund. Manjule makes his first Hindi film debut with this movie, which also features megastar Amitabh Bachchan. A slum story is nothing new in commercial Hindi cinema, or Bollywood as it is fondly called. Slums have always had a stronghold for poverty and crime, and at the same time, had hidden potential. These cliches, as well as actor Amitabh Bachchan’s portrayal of Vijay, are almost Bollywood staples. Jhund movie’s trailer provides a glimpse inside Big B’s world as a football coach. The movie also stars Manjule’s Sairat stars Akash Thosar, and Rinku Rajguru, who will be playing prominent roles. The music of popular composer duo Ajay-Atul for Jhund is already a hit with the audience.

Movie Trailer Review
Based on the trailer, it appears that the film’s dialogue will be fantastic. In these dialogues, Big B’s voice is even more forceful. Amitabh Bachchan has not only enthralled the audience with his portrayal of Vijay Barse but has also brought tears to their eyes with heartbreaking scenes. Many portions of the film will leave a mark on the viewers. The soon-to-be footballers of Jhund, unlike most depictions of slum youngsters on film, are not begging for compassion or looking for a savior. They only want a fair chance at a better future. Even after the credits roll, the wonderfully written and well-directed story will linger in the minds of the audience.
