What kinds of films will be shown?
Canadian film, East Asian film, and non-fiction film will be the three main programming subjects, as usual. Canadian Images, Dragons & Tigers: East Asian Cinemas, Nonfiction Features: Arts & Letters, Cinema of Our Time, Spotlight on France, and Environmental Film are among the sub-themes for the 2021 edition. Around 230 films (features and shorts) from over 75 nations are planned to be included in the program.
