Installation
Click “Free Download” on the official website to download the installer.
Launch the downloaded installer and click Custom when the setup wizard opens.

Disabling automatic startup
StreamFab works in the background because auto-start is enabled by default, but if you do not use the download schedule function, disable it because it only consumes resources and has no benefit
Open Settings from the menu list in the upper right and uncheck the automatic startup at system startup.
Stop automatic updates
StreamFab update (LiveUpdate) is also registered in the startup, and it starts automatically when the computer starts up and works in the background, but since update confirmation is also executed when StreamFab starts up, automatic startup is disabled
Open Startup from Apps in Windows settings and turn off LiveUpdate.
Using the StreamFab DMM Downloader
- Select VIP Services in DMM.com left sidebar.
- Since the DMM site opens in the StreamFab browser, log in to DMM.
- Select DMM TV from the left sidebar.
- Select the title to download and play
- When the analysis is complete, a dialog will be displayed to set the resolution, audio, and subtitles for the downloaded file.
- Titles that do not have audio or subtitle options will only display video items.
- By setting a schedule for new anime and dramas, you can automatically download episodes that have not been downloaded at the time of starting StreamFab.
- The set schedule is registered as a task in Windows Dusk Schedule and executed at startup until it is removed from StreamFab’s schedule task.
- Since the season and episode are displayed in the series, check the title to download and select “Add to queue” or “Download now.”

Add the selected title to the task and download it all at once later. - Download now
Start downloading the selected title.

Titles that have been downloaded are moved to Downloads in the left sidebar.

Since StreamFab analyzes the content and releases the DRM when downloading, the download fails if the title’s DRM release key cannot be obtained.
If the cause of the download failure is an error during analysis, it can be avoided by restarting StreamFab, but if the DRM release key of the corresponding title is not supported, it can not be downloaded.
Titles that cannot be downloaded may be supported in the next update by feeding back to DVDFab.
Download Limits
To avoid blocking from streaming sites, an upper limit is set on the number of content downloads.
The download limit is 100 titles per day, and when the download limit is reached, the download is interrupted, and the number of downloads is replenished in the next time cycle.
Even if the maximum number of streaming sites is reached by DMM, it can be downloaded on other sites.
Since the number of downloads is counted for the streaming service account, the daily download limit does not change even if StreamFab is installed on multiple devices.
