You can take part in the survey by mail too, snail mail that is, as well as by phone. The receipt is valid for 72 hours, so if you do want a chance to win the grand prize, don’t delay.

- You don’t need to make a purchase, just call 1 800 219 7451 and answer the questions to be entered into the sweepstakes
Entry by Mail
- Write your name, address, and day and night phone numbers on a 3″ X 5″ piece of paper and mail it to the following Address:
